Technical reference check
The manufacturer’s engineering team checks OEM, manufacturer and cross-reference numbers before every quote. Uncertain matches are flagged, not confirmed blindly.

We route your request to the responsible department at the manufacturer, so you do not have to find it. Your first point of contact is in Hannover, in English or German.
Repeat orders
For follow-up orders, reference and quantity are enough: the technical check from your first request is on file, and you have your contact at the manufacturer.
How a request works
Right after sending, you see a summary of your request. We route it to the right department at the manufacturer; everything else follows by email.
- RequestOEM reference or reference list, quantity, destination country. Through the RFQ form with file upload or by email.
- Routing and technical checkWe pass your request to the responsible department at the manufacturer, where each reference and its alternatives are checked. Open points are clarified by email or phone before a quote goes out.
- QuoteFrom the manufacturer, in EUR ex works (EXW): unit price, packing unit, lead time and payment terms per reference. Data sheet on request.
- SamplesFor business projects with a clear product reference, after manual approval. Can be credited against the first order for qualifying projects.
- Order and repeat ordersOrder and delivery directly with the manufacturer, collection ex works by you or your forwarder. Repeat orders with reference and quantity, no new check needed.
What buyers ask before the first request.
We only have the OEM number from the old part, no manufacturer reference.
That is enough. We cross-check OEM, OE, manufacturer and cross-reference numbers; spacing, dots and hyphens do not matter. If a number cannot be matched clearly, the manufacturer’s engineering team checks it and suggests alternatives for your approval.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Pricing depends on reference and quantity, and every reference is checked before quoting. The quote comes in EUR ex works (EXW) and states unit price, packing unit, lead time and payment terms. Minimum order quantities are stated per reference in the quote.
We need samples before committing to a series.
Samples are available for business projects with a clear reference or product and a stated quantity. Every sample request is reviewed individually, shipping or ex-works pickup and sample terms are set up front, and for qualifying projects the sample can be credited against the first order.
Who is our contract partner, and who handles freight and customs?
Quote, order and delivery are handled directly by the manufacturer, who is your contract partner. luftfedern24 (Tunc Bacakci, sole proprietorship, Hannover, Germany; details in the legal notice) takes your request and routes it to the right department. Quotes are in EUR ex works (EXW), from the manufacturer’s works in Türkiye: you or your forwarder arrange freight, customs clearance and import duties.
We order the same items every month. Do we need to send a new request each time?
No. After the first request, the technical check is on file and you have your contact at the manufacturer. For repeat orders, reference and quantity are enough.
