To prepare the quote, we pass your request to the manufacturer in Türkiye. Privacy notice: the controller is Tunc Bacakci, sole proprietorship, Lister Kirchweg 21, 30163 Hannover, Germany, info@luftfedern24.de. We process the details you enter (company, name, email, phone if given, references, quantities, destination country, message and any attached file) to handle your request and follow-up questions, based on your consent and on steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). To prepare the quote and handle order and delivery, we pass your request, including any attached file, to the manufacturer, based in Türkiye, a country without an EU adequacy decision; the transfer is necessary for steps prior to a contract taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR), and the manufacturer is responsible for its own processing. The request is delivered by email through our email provider Strato AG, Berlin; an attached file is sent only as an email attachment and is not stored on the web server. To prevent abuse and spam, your IP address is processed during submission and noted in the request email (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the data until the purpose ends or you ask us to delete it, subject to statutory retention periods. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 18, 20 and 21 GDPR), you can withdraw your consent at any time, and you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
